Walkabout

Went walking this morning wearing my Walkabout shoes from Dr. Weil. They are comfortable. I got a pair of Balance shoes because I needed a size 11.
I walked 10,775 steps today.
Thank you for the shoes. I did not find any tulips, but I found some violets.

Out walking late.

The moon is still up, but Venus and Jupiter have set. It is dark, cold, and very quiet. Walked 10,121 steps.

Walking

This is Caligula, he likes to walk with me when he is not resting.

The Walkabout starts today! I will have to write about it later after work.

I walked 14316 steps yesterday, 7,148 steps aerobic. That is more than I have ever put on this pedometer. The night sky was beautiful. If it is clear where you are do not miss the sky tonight.

Walked 6262 steps yesterday, it was raining off and on most of the day.

A broken wrist is no fun.

Busted knee and knot on head is not fun either
